Head of Logistics Operations at TJX Europe

I am a senior logistics and supply chain leader with extensive experience running large, complex operations across major retailers. Currently, as AVP and Head of European Logistics at TJX Europe, I oversee the inbound network across all European countries, as well as outbound operations delivering to TK Maxx and Home sense stores across seven countries. I have a strong track record of delivering operational excellence, driving efficiency and leading high-performing teams through roles at TJX, DHL, Waterstones, Boots and Dixons Retail.

Before starting my logistics career, I served nine years with the 1st Battalion Irish Guards, where I experienced first-hand the challenges of transitioning from military to civilian life.

Outside of work, apart from my family, my main passions are Liverpool FC and Formula 1 motorsport.
