I am a dynamic senior executive with a strong track record of driving transformational growth, profitability and market leadership. Known for my entrepreneurial mindset, strategic leadership and ability to build high-performing teams, I consistently reposition organisations for long-term success under the ethos of Achieving Excellence Together.

I have served as Group CEO of Pall-Ex for over a decade, during which time the success achieved has established me as a thought leader within the sector. I have led the Leicestershire-based palletised freight network through new ownership, a full organisational restructure, and significant investment in people, technology and sustainability.

Alongside this, I am Chair of the Pall-Ex Group Charitable Foundation, supporting charities across the UK. I have also championed support for ex-forces personnel, helping Pall-Ex become the first pallet network to receive the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award. In recognition of my work for charity and the local community, I was appointed as Deputy Lieutenant of Leicestershire.
