I joined the Royal Artillery in 1993 and have served for over 30 years across a wide range of operational and non-operational roles. During my service, I have deployed on operations worldwide, including Bosnia, Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan.

I am an energetic and effective leader with a strong background in operational delivery, planning, administration and logistics. I have commanded soldiers in both operational and peacetime environments, bringing a clear, motivational leadership style and a proven ability to deliver results, even in challenging conditions.

In recent years, I have been at the forefront of delivering new logistical capabilities into UK Defence, developing and implementing large-scale security and surveillance plans across extensive operational estates in multiple theatres. I have operated in fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environments as an operations manager, facilitating complex movements and providing military logistics support to personnel worldwide.

My experience working closely with service personnel places me well to support Veterans into Logistics as a Trustee. I am passionate about giving back and understand that some veterans require additional support after leaving the Armed Forces. By helping them into sustainable employment, we can make a genuine, life-changing difference.
